Nothing on Furry Diary is veterinary, medical, nutritional, legal or any other professional advice. We are pet people, not vets. For anything about your pet's health, food, behaviour or safety, ask your own vet.
The short version
No annoying ads and no trackers, ever. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies on furrydiary.app.

What happens when you visit
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every website, the server receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
Furry Diary AI on the website
When you ask Furry Diary AI a question, your question and the page you are on are sent to an AI service (through OpenRouter) to write the answer. We ask these services not to use it for training.
We do not store your chats. To keep the free daily question limit fair, we count questions with a scrambled code made from your IP address, not the address itself.
Please do not type personal details like your name, address or phone number into the chat.
Emails
If you email us or ask to be told when the app launches, we use your email address only to answer you or to send that one message.
Your rights
Under the EU data protection rules (GDPR) you can ask what we know about you, ask us to fix or delete it, and complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee). Write to [email protected].
