Canary seed mix plus greens, fruit and vegetables.3
Company who they like around
Social and fine in mixed groups in an aviary; separate cocks in the breeding season if they squabble.3
The story where it all began
As the Border canary grew larger after the Second World War, fanciers in Fife, Scotland, worked in the 1950s to bring back the small original size. The result was the Fife Fancy, which has become one of the most popular canary breeds in Britain.13
