Company who they like around
Very people-focused and bonds tightly with its family. Generally friendly with children and other pets.21
The story where it all began
The Pomapoo appeared in North America in the late 1990s when breeders began pairing Pomeranians with Toy Poodles. The Pomeranian side descends from larger Spitz-type dogs of north-eastern Europe and was made fashionable in Britain by Queen Victoria, while the Poodle began as a German water dog that later became a favourite of French royalty.1
